1.

is open to all writers in English or Portuguese, no matter what country they reside.

Writers who have been winners in previous competitions may not participate in this call.

This year, interested parties may participate with a free subject test in English or Portuguese languages, which should have a maximum extension of 250 pages and a minimum of 150.

Work submitted must be unpublished and printed in triplicate, double spaced, Times 12 point, in letter size and also should submit an electronic file on compact disc.

1. You can only participate in story and poetry written in English.

2. Poets should send a book of unpublished poems, with subject and a free, no less than 60 pages.

3. Storytellers must submit an unpublished book of short stories, with free theme, not less than 80 pages, specifying the genre in which it participates.

4. All entries must be submitted to the Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura (Paseo Niños Héroes and Rupert L. Beaten, CP 80000, Culiacan Rosales, Sinaloa. Phone: (667) 7 13 99 31 and (667) 7 13 84 60, the Department carefully Literature.

5. All work must original submitted in triplicate, typewritten or computer, double-spaced, letter-size paper on one side, in 12 point font.

2. A prize is one and indivisible of $ 35,000.00 (Thirty-five thousand pesos 00/100 MN) and the winning entry will be published.
3. Participants should send a digital version and four copies of a book consisting of an essay or a collection of essays, with free theme and form, with a minimum length of 70 pages (no limit set). In accordance with this call, the participating works will be evaluated primarily for their literary value.
4. Papers must be written in English. The digital version should be submitted on a CD as a text document (doc, txt or similar) in Times New Roman 12 point and double-spaced, while the prints must be on letter size paper, on one side and correspond identically with the digital version.
5. The works must be unpublished and not be competing in another contest or have been awarded.
6. Contestants must participate under a pseudonym. Assistant to work in a sealed envelope and identified with the same pseudonym, will include an identification card with your full name, address, telephone number and, where appropriate, e-mail.

17. The travel expenses, room and board winner, will be covered by the organizing committee of this event.
18. The jobs that are not winners will not be returned and together with the tender will be destroyed in the presence of a notary public.
