NATIONAL LITERATURE PRIZE

accordance with the following:
BASES
1. You can only participate in story and poetry written in English.
2. Poets should send a book of unpublished poems, with subject and a free, no less than 60 pages.
3. Storytellers must submit an unpublished book of short stories, with free theme, not less than 80 pages, specifying the genre in which it participates.
4. All entries must be submitted to the Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura (Paseo Niños Héroes and Rupert L. Beaten, CP 80000, Culiacan Rosales, Sinaloa. Phone: (667) 7 13 99 31 and (667) 7 13 84 60, the Department carefully Literature.
5. All work must original submitted in triplicate, typewritten or computer, double-spaced, letter-size paper on one side, in 12 point font.
6. Contestants must sign their work under a pseudonym. Separately, in a sealed envelope and labeled on the outside with the same pseudonym, please send your name, address and telephone number.
7. Stems of identification shall be deposited with a notary public in the city of Culiacán Rosales, Sinaloa. The notary will only bring the jury and destroy the rest.
8. The contest will be open from the publication of this notice and will close on December 10, 2010, following the postmark of shipments.
9. The jury will be composed by writers of national renown, whose names will be announced in due course.
10. Once the decisions issued in February 2011, will be announced through the media will be notified immediately and the contestants that are winners.
11. Convenor institution is not committed to publishing works that are awarded.
12. The Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura cover the costs of transportation and subsistence winning authors in the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa, where they will perform the ceremony.

14. Not eligible to participate who have obtained the National Prize for Literature in previous editions Gilberto Owen.
15. Any case not considered in the terms of this call will be resolved at the discretion of the organizers.
